No Article 5 Yet!

I am hoping that this fortune cookie will give me a little good luck.  We are still waiting for our Article 5.  I have pretty much decided that if we do not get it this week then there is not a chance to get the Travel Approval before the Chinese New Year.  And if we do get it this week, there is only a slight chance of travel before the Chinese New Year.  It is now in God's hands.  I have done everything I know to do to push it along, including e-mailing my agency too much and e-mailing the Consulate in Guangzhou.
