We had a hard time waking up "Princess Tippytail "after her busy weekend. She still is not on Ohio time! After we got her up we found an Ihop and had breakfast (you can only eat the Hotel breakfast buffet only so many days in a row) We then went in search of the Rock and Roll Hall of fame. We liked this guitar with the butterfly. Mommy was not allowed to take photos inside but we had a great time. I was really good. We tried to go to the Children's Museum after that, but it was closed for Memorial Day. We decided to drive around in Shaker Heights and saw some really beautiful houses. Now we are back at the Hotel and it is almost six and they could not get me to take a nap. Looks like it will be a fun night!

Emma is beginning to say a lot of words, but two of my favorites are tippytale for ponytail and crackee for cracker. Emma pulls out every "tippytail" I put in her hair by the time we get anywhere but I just keep putting them back in. Emma's favorite time of the night is when she and her daddy sit down at her table and share a "crackee" (Graham crackers and milk) I just had to get these down before she starts to say them right and I forget how cute it was.

We went to this really great kiddie park with rides that were just right for me!One of the best things was that unlike Lego Land you can be too tall to ride. So as you can see here I can go here for quite awhile before I am too tall! Mommy was watching me and Kendal driving in the cars and she had a vision of us at 16! Watch out, here we come!We drove so fast we caught up with Lexie. I didn't like this car as much! I liked the boat a lot! Here I am with Kendal and Lexie. Mommy found a horse that had my name on it!
I called this ride the "ball" because the front looks like a ball. We stopped for a little rest. Marissa, me, Lilly, and Kendal. A little snack!
I am showing my Daddy a puppy. I love Mommy's glasses. We are at the park next door to the kiddie park. They had swings. Mommy put me in backwards. It was a nice day at the park. Nicole and John brought balloons, snacks, a ball, and all kinds of fun things for us to do. It was really fun spending the day with my Qianjiang sisters! I hope that someday all of my sisters from Qianjiang and Chongqing can get together!

Here we are in Ohio! Our agency for Emma puts on an annual Memorial Day Picnic and because it is so close to Emma's, Forever in Our Arms Day we decided to make a committment to go to Ohio so that she could see her Qianjiang, Chongqing sisters again. We think it is so important for her to know them since they were all together as babies. We also want her to know how important we think this part of her life was so we will try to do everything we can to keep in touch with her sisters.
Mommy and Daddy took me to the Amish country on the first day we were in Ohio. I love the rocking chairs they make because they rock way back!!!!Daddy and I are walking into an Amish restaurant. He ate noodles on mashed potatoes. And they are always trying to make me eat right!!!!We were walking down our hall on our way to the EAC party on Friday night when we ran into Kendal, (mommy may have spelled that wrong) We started playing right away! We tried to get in the toilet, the phone, the closet, their friends connecting room!We had a lot of fun together and I think we could get into some really fun things if we had more time together!Eating breakfast before the Zoo on Saturday. We all wore matching shirts!!Here I am with my Uncle Zhou. I am still shy with him. Mommy says he is a big part of my story. I think I will understand more when I am older. His son is moving to California so maybe I will see him when he visits! Here we are getting in line for the big parade! I am in my first parade! This is me, Megan, and Marissa. Here are Lily, me, Daelyn in the back, Megan, and Marissa. In the back is Daelyn's Dad, Gretchen with Anna Grace and Craig. Daelyn, Lily, me, Megan, and Marissa. In the back you see Gretchen with Anna Grace on top! We kept trying to get a good picture! This was really fun!Me and Marisa in front!
Tomorrow we hope to meet up with our group again! I can't wait!

AFTER 11 MONTHS AND 2 WEEKS WE FINALLY.................................................................................................................. DRUMROLL HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 SLEPT THE WHOLE NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR THE LAST WEEK LITTLE MISS EMMA SOPHIA HAS ONLY WOKE UP ONCE EACH NIGHT AND LAST NIGHT, SHE DID IT!!!!!!!! LETS HOPE THIS IS THE FIRST OF MANY!!! I want to thank everyone who has given me suggestions throughout this year, but we really feel that it took this long for her to feel comfortable that we would always be there! We have noticed so much growth in this last month. She is starting to let other people hold her and is interacting with adults now and not just children. How rude for Mommy to snap a picture of me when I first woke up! The flash blinded me! Here I am May 22, 2007 after sleeping in my crib without waking up the whole night! (Of course Mommy is so used to getting up that she kept checking on me and didn't sleep that well) You can't win in this house!

While Mommy and Daddy unpacked the car from our beach trip I enjoyed a LITTLE cantaloupe. It was fun having my own bag, but Mommy didn't know that I would eat it all! I wonder if they know how much cantaloupe I have eaten? They are so busy they aren't even looking. It is really Juicy! Maybe if I stuff a whole lot in at once I will get to eat it all before they see me!

Daddy and Mommy took me down to the beach on our last day of the anniversary trip. It was a little cool. They let me out of the stroller and then the fun began! I ran, and ran, and ran. I love going to the beach! I fell down and Daddy got the sand off of my hands. I think I will walk with him now. I love riding on Daddy's Shoulders.Look Mom, no hands.Daddy and me I walked up all of these steps by myself! There are over 100.
